Just What I Needed

This last week my niece Margie came to stay with us.  It was the BEST WEEK EVER!  Margie has always had such a special place in my heart.  She is more like a daughter than a niece to me, which is awesome.  In our week together we spent ever single day on a project in the house, shopping, visiting and just hanging out.  You know how I have been working on healing?  Well this was an entire week of healing and enjoying life thanks to Margie.
I met Margie when she was about 6 years old just after I married Mr. Fabulous.  She stood behind her mom peeking around her dress to figure me out.  After some sweet talking and reassurance she decided I was okay.  Within about a month she came out to spend the weekend with us and that was it!  For whatever reason a bond was formed and I gained an amazing niece/daughter :)
A few years ago she moved out of Utah to her fathers house.  At first it broke my heart that she was leaving but it did not take long to understand that it was a good decision for her.  As much as I have missed her, I so love and look forward to the her yearly visits.  I am so blessed to have such an amazing person in my life and this morning I am very grateful.

 You have made me so proud to be your Auntie 

and you have so many amazing things coming your way.  

 You are a shining example of what an 18 year old girl should be.  

Thank you so very much for making me laugh and sit back

 to enjoy the little things this past week.  

I needed your visit more than you could have ever known.

I love you to pieces and it was SOOOO nice to wake up in a 

sparkling clean bedroom this morning!
